Members Importance

In life there are times where we need a helping hand in our certain situations in life. Even while we are still improving our own talents in life, one of the examples of those talents is the talent of dancing. People who dance by themselves may just want to be by themselves, because they may feel that they do not want to be involved in a group with some other people. May be some of their reason is that they just don’t want to take any responsibilities of having group members. It may just be so easy to find and build a group of dancers but what’s hard to fulfill is that how each one of you can be real with each other, how each one of you can behave yourselves most of the time and especially how each and one of you help could help each other bring out what’s best from yourselves, because no matter how hard you think of it a group can never succeed in anything they want to do if each of you tend to just fend for yourselves and not thinking of your other members. Like if you are just thinking about your own good and benefits and just ignoring the complicated problems of your other members. There are already cases where selfish people often succeed but in the end they always were the ones who will just be hurt and lonely. Being selfish may help one person succeed on having what he or she wants but it will never bring any true happiness because once only you yourself is living a happy life while other members of your group are suffering and you just ignore them, then you can be considered nothing in the end by others.

A group needs a leader to lead them, a responsible one, for a group can never be properly disciplined when a leader is not assigned. A leader is the one who leads and not the one who will bring the group to poverty. It is not just a title but a big responsibility where you could give it to someone who the group knows that is capable of guiding you and would have an open mind where he/she would appreciate each one of the suggestions of a groups member. A leader who is not capable of handling most of the group’s responsibilities then it’ll be hard for a group to be strong and to withstand the challenges that lies to their future. A group should all have an equal treatment and not having any favoritism or just ignoring other members mistake because you just believe what you wanted to and not what is truly right. When there are times where a group would have some separations for a while then the member would have come to an agreement where each are treated fair and equal. For example when there are new members of your dance group and you are going to battle in a big event where there are only limited numbers of member then what would a leader suggest in the first place? Should a leader let the new members dance or the old members? What do you think is right? If a leader lets the new members dance rather than the old, what would you think about that? Is that called fair or not? Of course it won’t be fair, because the old member should be the ones who should be included in the battle and not just the newbies, not just because the word old but because they are more experienced and deserving of that positions. They are your members for how many long years and you just let the newbies dance first when they are not even with the group for a long time, right?
These are one of the most common situations where some dance group encounters, which some other members will not give way and be selfish to think of themselves first. Those members who are kind enough to not make a big deal of that situation what would you call them? Why do you think they did not make a big issue out of it? It’s because they are thoughtful enough to think that they are still other opportunities, the sad thing is that they are humble enough to not even discuss their real feelings to their leader because their leader is not acting like one and just agreed to his or her angry member.
This is not an example of a strong relationship of a group, but rather the example of a humble members, that they gave her/his other members the opportunity that he/she could have, just to avoid any huge argument or possibly a fight. The leader is not a leader when he or she always depend on the decisions of hi/her group and not implying her/his own suggestions. See, it is easy to build a group but to discipline and make them understand the true meaning of friendship is hard, because dancing is not just a job but needs to be the bonding time of its members and to get to know each other and even one of your members is a loner you need to welcome them and appreciate them and not just let them be. A group that does these kinds of things may be successful but the member or members who are not treated fair will remember the treatment and you could always hurt them even when you don’t know it.

A group should treasure each and every one of its member because for the group’s future to be successful and relationship strong each one of you needs to rely with each other, to nurture each other, and help each other through hardships and challenges.
Being in a group is slowly building friendship towards others, once we are in one we need to treat them like a friend and not a competitor. Love may sound cheesy to others but that will help them get through the challengers they encounter to have the bond with each other thicker that no one can easily break and steal.
